i am uncircumcised. i am 14 years old. when i get an erection i cannot put the foreskin down. i am just wondering why the foreskin is always on my penis. isn’t the foreskin supposed to go down? well mine doesn’t and i think there might be something wrong with me. what can i do?

Hey! Well, I’m 19. My boyfriend and I were making out a couple days back, and well… He took my hand and put it in his pants where I could clearly feel his erection.. It took me a long time to be honest with myself and admit that I had a tiny penis and that it was making me unhappy. I’m 5′9″, 130lbs, male, and 16 years old. I’m positive I have ADD being that I cannot focus for more than about 10 minutes at most. I have never been tested because my parents don’t agree with mind altering medication. For the past two days, I have been buying Adderall from my friend, who is about 6′0″, 160lbs, male, and 16, and it has really helped my studies. He uses 25mg time release pills. I know this is to much. However, since I have been taking it, I have had no appetite, exhibited OCD qualities, and it seems as if my penis has shrunk. It takes longer to use the restroom because it feels like the tube that the pee comes out of has shrunk. I also do not think I have gotten an erection since I started taking it.
