i am a 49 year old married man i have been unable to have penetrative sex for 3 years i simply lose my erection
i have seen my doctor who is willing to prescribe medication such as viagra but he thinks the problem may well be my lack of desire which this medication will not help
i have considered some form of tantric or hands on massage as a form of therapy but to be honest i dont know where to start and i am getting desperate please help if you can
