Open Question: My bf did something while making out that I was kind of surprised at? How do I address it?

Well, I’m 19. My boyfriend and I were making out a couple days back, and well… He took my hand and put it in his pants where I could clearly feel his erection.. I was kind of taken back at this, so I stiffened up, and he pulled back. Did he get embarrassed? He was being a sweetheart about it though and apologized for I don’t even know what, and he hasn’t talked about it at all, but he’s kind of distanced himself from me these past few days.

So anyways, couple questions about this. What did he want me to do when led his hand down there? If he’s embarrassed, how can I correct this situation?

He’s really the sweetest guy ever, and he’s never pressured me into anything. We’ve been going out for several months, if anyone cares, lol.
